Secure your Deposit Recovery Inspection (DRI) appointment for $200.00 before you move into your new home or apartment. Our inspectors will compile a comprehensive report with photos, identifying any property issues. Upon request, we can forward this report to your landlord or leasing office. Before moving out, book a warranty DRI at least 21 days prior to your departure. Our inspectors will use the initial report to perform a second inspection, assessing any changes. This updated report can also be sent to your landlord or leasing office. The final report will outline any required repairs, provide cost estimates, and offer a do-it-yourself guide if applicable. Adhering to our inspectors' advice can help protect the return of your full rental/leasing deposit. (Note: We are not responsible for issues unrelated to minor repairs that may cause the landlord to withhold the deposit.)
